All students attend this class.
Class Description:
Proteins, fats, and carbohydrates--what do you eat and why? What do you do for fun? Would you/do you, exercise? What systems are you putting into place to facilitate the life you dream of?
Life fitness creates the opportunity to learn about diet, exercise and how to have fun. Students talk about what they eat and how to create systems of exercise to facilitate personal improvement. Students travel to the gym three mornings a week, workout for 45 minutes, then continue on with the school day. This gives the students extra energy for the rest of the day and helps to build life-long habits.
